SUKI-YAKI ”すきやき”
a Japanese dish that consists of meat (usually thinly sliced beef) and vegetables which is cooked with sweet soy sauce. Proper way is to dip cooked meat and vegetable into egg and eat. (egg is usually raw), you can skip this part if you are not raw egg person
SHABU-SHABU ”しゃぶしゃぶ”
a Japanese hot pot dish of thinly sliced meat and vegetables boiled, then eat with dipping sour soy sauces
MIZUTAKI ”水炊き”
a Japanese hot pot dish of meat (usually chicken) and vegetables boiled in chicken broth
ODEN ”おでん”
a Japanese pot dish with variety choice of ingredients, such as Egg, Sliced radish, Potato, Fried and many more, in light, soy-flavored broth.
FRIE FOOD
TONKATSU ”とんかつ”
a Japanese deep-fried pork cutlet, coated with breadcrumbs. Usually served with shredded cabbage.
